Day Eight

Faculty concert?  Check.

Now comes what might be my favorite day of the year- the day off at Apple Hill.  I’m going to spend all day tomorrow chilling in Keene, enjoying the big city lifestyle, and dreaming of the day when I too will have such glamorous amenities.

You have a day off? No fair. I suppose the regular faculty has most of a day off here too, but there is no such thing for me. We have our faculty concert tonight. We’re playing a reduction of the Enesco Rumanian Rhapsody for string quintet and piano. It is a hoot.
