I didn’t actually watch the game because I was at a rehearsal. I’ll watch the game in the morning, but there is one thing I already KNOW FOR SURE.

It’s VERY important to stick to the system.

Crunch is supposedly incredibly superstitious so I am betting that he now believes his ‘stache is lucky and will now make the whole team have one before the next game. I picture him yelling at everyone to shave their beard and giving everyone mustache combs in preparation for Game 6. I also have a scene playing through my head of Ryan coming in on Monday and inspecting everyone’s mustache and Myers sitting there with a fake one on so he doesn’t get in trouble since he clearly cannot grow one on his own.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA. You are so right, Alli. We are now going to be treated to DELIGHTFUL interviews with the other Sabres looking sheepish and TOTALLY embarrassed about their ‘staches. But it’s easier to just grow the mustache than it is to fight Crunchy.

Strangely enough, I think the mustache works for him. It’s a little Frito Bandito, but it doesn’t make my brain explode like it would if, say, Kaleta showed up like that. It’s just “Oh, Crunchy has a mustache now. Okay.”

The ‘stache goes with those 70′s burns, man!

While watching this last night I had to wonder if the 70′s look was all the rage now “with the kids”. It does work for him and he can’t grow much of a beard so …

I’m just loving the end of the game pile on Charra!
