Guitar Hero is not to be trifled with. Seriously.

I had never played Guitar Hero until an hour and a half ago, and I just played Guitar Hero for an hour and a half non-stop. I don’t think I even blinked. When I relinquished the guitar, I tried to play it cool (like I was ready to quit), but honestly, I’m feeling a little itchy already. I need a fix.

I wonder how the Ookies would feel about playing Guitar Hero instead of watching the Devils tonight? *shifty eyes at Ookies*

Just wait until you find yourself wandering the streets at 4am, contemplating breaking into a BestBuy just to play. Your fingers will start to bend permanently, causing a life of dealing with a wicked-looking claw thing for a hand. Be careful, it’s the video heroin.

It is 3-1 Boston after one. OF COURSE we can play Guitar Hero.

Do you promise to not play “I Want to Be Sedated”?

  4. 4 Katebits January 5, 2008 at 8:02 pm

Of course! It’s “More than a Feeling” all night long!

As a violist, of course, you have an innate advantage at Guitar Hero. Since you’re almost exclusively playing rhythm guitar in that game, your years of playing the inner parts in waltz concerts have prepared you well…

what about viola hero????? That is my fav.

Next guitar hero step? Challenging Staffy at the Catwalk for Charity “Challenge Drew Stafford at Guitar Hero” booth.

I played Guitar Hero yesterday for two or three hours at Cat’s place to dull the terrible pain of the Stars being shutout by the Red Wings.

It takes over your life. I’ll be out someplace, hear music and I’m practically drooling like a Pavlovian experiment because it’s music that’s in Guitar Hero!
