Off and Away

Just home from New Jersey, and I’m off to Portland at the gruesome hour of 6:30am tomorrow.

I’ll try to keep posting, but I won’t see the games, so you guys will have to suffer alone. Sorry. (Not really)

I know that these motivational posters are kind of played out, but ever since I first saw this picture on Shots Off the Crossbar, I wanted to give it the poster treatment.

*sad sigh*

At least he’s cute, right?

    Wow. Hilarious!

All they have to do is get their ski mask turned around and everything will be okay. Metaphorically speaking.

Okay Kate! I spent an entire evening reading every page of this blog (including the comments) and I want to be your new BFF! I also began paying attention to hockey about a year ago, and everything you have posted has echoed my thoughts exactly. Hmmm, could we be long-lost relatives?

Thanks for this awesome blog, you have a new faithful follower in Western NY!

OMG – at first glance it looked like he was attempting to pull underwear over his head!!

Poor Pommerdoodle, he believed Crunchy when Crunchy told him the solid part goes in the front to keep your face warm. He’s… not too bright.

Have a great time in Portland!

Paetsch is from Saskatchewan – he should have showed the team how to dress for cold weather.

Portland? My Aunt lives in Portland! I hear there’s alot of people,
older people that is, moving there. Must be the new Florida. I don’t know. I have to have that poster. HA! It does look like his undies!
Did I read it right, that Kaleta is playing tonight?? Could be in for a show!

Oh, Pommerdoodle. You’re just mastering dressing yourself, while Crunchy’s mastering “Yo Mama” jokes in Chinese.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought it was underwear….

Okay, I’ve been traveling and scooting around Portland all day, so I’ve mostly been away from the computer, but thank you to everyone who commented!

Patty, you are so sweet and supportive. Hee.

Katheelovesdrew, THANKS! I am so glad you found The Willful Caboose! Welcome, welcome!

Amy, thanks for introducing this picture to us all. (It is currently my desktop wallpaper.)
